qu,on veut produire quelque chose d’utile à l’humanité.
brainwashant zombifying TV shows and fucking movies that have no
interest whatsoever, just watching them to keep up with the pop
culture.
Mais je ne veux pas que ce soit mon focus principal, anymore, to be
consuming entertainment products in order to be up to date on what is
being made.
Donc, you know, those TV shows are self-serving : they prevent
people, by forcing them to watch all the time, and more and
more, from thinking for themselves, facing the anxiety of existence,
and ultimately realizing that they actually don’t need to be
watching all those TV shows that they think are necessary to make
them feel good.
That’s why I want, every day, to do my work, do the work of tending
to my mind and body, and spirit also, I imagine, before I ever even
turn on a TV show. Before I even think of mindlessly entertaining
myself. I deserve a dessert – litterally when I am carb backloading
after the gym, but also, mindless entertainment can be construed as a
desert for the brain, something that is not healthy in itself when
consumed all the time, but actually can be beneficial when taken in
strategfically.
That's what I think. For now...
